These are new Heavy Duty motorcycle rear shock absorbers. The free length from eye to eye is 13.25" which is .25" longer than the original 13" shocks. The .25" additional length is insignificant and has no impact on ride and handling. They have black bodies with dual black springs. The lower spring is wound tighter than the upper spring which provides a progressive resistance. The springs have 5 tension adjustment positions. The spring adjuster tool is also provided. The proper grommets and metal bushings are preinstalled for ease of installation. These shocks are ready to install as they are and require no further modification. PRICE INCLUDES BOTH SHOCKS. THESE SHOCKS WILL ONLY FIT: 1987-1995 VN1500A VULCAN 88 1996-1999 VN1500A VULCAN 1987-1990 VN1500B VULCAN SE 1996-1997 VN1500C VULCAN L NOTE!
