RETURN POLICY

Damaged or Defective Products:
- While we take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a credit towards your next purchase.
Refunds:
- Refunds are not available for orders that have been confirmed and dispatched. However, in the rare case where a product is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will offer a full refund for that item or suggest an alternative product.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
